By keeping our overhead low and our volunteer spirit high, we are proud to offer annual dues that are significantly lower than our neighboring associations—averaging just a fraction of the typical South Florida HOA cost.
Fee Structure
- Dry Lot Property: $25.00 per year
- Lakeside Property: $175.00 per year*
*Includes professional lake management, water quality testing, and specialized liability insurance.
