We are committed to protecting the privacy of our residents while maintaining the administrative records required by Florida Statute Chapter 720.

- HOA Messenger Portal: We utilize HOA Messenger as our official resident portal. While optional, it is recommended for all residents. Data entered into that portal is governed by their specific privacy terms, but used by the Board for official association business.
- Payments: All financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe. The Loch Ness HOA does not store your credit card numbers or bank account details on our local website servers.
- Communication: We collect and store email addresses to facilitate community updates and official notices. These emails are shared strictly between HOA Officers and are not sold or distributed to third parties.
- Architectural Reviews: Records of architectural reviews submitted via email are retained as part of the Association’s permanent records for compliance and historical property data.
