• Non-Lakefront Properties: Only $25 per year.
• Lakefront Properties: Only $175 per year (covers lake maintenance and specialized insurance).

Our Story & Traditions

Established in 1972, Loch Ness was named as a nod to the Scottish heritage of the Graham family. Our main street, Sergio Campos Way, honors a longtime HOA president who dedicated his life to this community.

We are also home to the “Loch Ness Monsters”! Every holiday season, dozens of residents participate in a community-wide tradition of displaying “Nessie” inflatables, bringing a touch of Scottish myth and local fun to our streets.

Safety First: We recently coordinated with the Town of Miami Lakes and the Aden Perry Good Samaritan Fund to install lifesaving rings along the C-8 Extension Canal on Loch Ness Drive—part of our commitment to resident safety.

Parks & Play: Residents enjoy private access to our community pocket park and playground, maintained in partnership with the Town.
